I’m so glad you have landed here! I created this workbook for YOU to feel encouraged, motivated and equipped to shape your kids into the capable contributors they are.

 I am a Rochester, NY girl, but the south won me over and now we call Charlotte, NC home.  I married my cutie husband, Shane in 2012 and we have two sweet kiddos, Callie (6) and Banks (3).

​

In 2022, I lost my mom to colon cancer and that heartbreak has led me to live life with a more keen sense of purpose, joy and love for Jesus.

​

Serving Made Simple is truly my heart on paper. Serving has always been an important part of our family, but as we had the kids, we've seen God use them in HUGE ways and truly, I just couldn't stay quiet any longer. 

​

When Callie was 4, she raised $2,500 to build a house in Rwanda by selling painted rocks from our driveway. ROCKS.

​

When she turned 5, she set a goal to raise $20,000 for clean water by creating mosaic drink coasters. Y'ALL - as of this moment, only one year later, she's sold coasters to anyone who makes eye contact with her and now she's up to $17,900!! Four communities in rural Rwanda have clean water for the first time ever because of the boldness and capability of my kiddo.

I'm stepping out because I believe our kids can create change. 

 

Don't keep waiting. Don’t make living a life of generosity more complicated than it is. Be open handed – say yes – show your kids how to see need and be the ones that do something about it.

Hear my heart - your kids have the potential to change the world. Don't wait to invite them into purpose. Don't wait to see God use them. They have just what they need, just as they are to create change.
